Return & Exchange Policy
At Tempo Tees, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made apparel that you’ll love! Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shoptempotees.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
Once we verify the issue, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
🚫 Size Issues & Buyer’s Remorse
Since each item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or personal preference. Please check our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit. However, we understand that finding the right size online can be tricky, so we offer a one-time 50% discount on a replacement order if you need a different size.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase IF production hasn’t started. After that, we are unable to cancel as the item is already in progress.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
